Hui Ye

born in canton, china. 2004-2011 studied composition and electroacoustic composition at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, graduated in 2011. Since 2010, she is studying Digital Arts and TransArts at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. She is the laureate of Theodor-Körner Fonds Austria 2009, Startstipendium (Start Scholarship) by the Federal Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture (BMUKK) Austria 2011 and Staatsstipendium (State Scholarship) by the Federal Chancellery of Arts and Culture (BKA) Austria 2015.
Her artistic works spans video, graphic, sound performances, sound and video installations, instrumental and electroacoustic compositions. Having an artistic background as a graduated composer and with profound experience as musician and performer Hui Ye questions the synchronicity of image and sound. In her artistic work she explores the transformations of auditive and visual components.

2011年硕士毕业于维也纳国立音乐和表演艺术大学（University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna)作曲和电子音乐作曲专业。
2010年起转入维也纳实用艺术大学(University of Applied Arts Vienna)数码艺术系(Digital Arts)和跨界艺术系（TransArts，原雕塑系)硕士研究生。
自2009年起她获得多个奖项和奖学金包括：2009年奥地利Theodor-Körner基金；2011年奥地利青年艺术家启动奖学金和2015年奥地利国家奖学金 。
叶慧的艺术作品包括了影像，图像作品，现场声音表演，声音和影像装置，器乐和电子音乐作曲作品。同时身为视觉艺术家和作曲家的她专注于视觉与音响同步发生的属性，以及人对其产生的生理和心理知觉。而对视觉和声音概念中的可互换性，也是她在多个作品中所研究的焦点。
